This offering is for hourly technical support over the telephone. It will allow you to call our technical support personnel and get help with almost any computer-related issue.

We offer 3 levels of Technical Support:

  1. Gold - Tier III: This is our highest level of support. Servers, Firewalls, disaster recovery and more. These engineers have more than 3 years experience in Tier I-II and additional experience and training on server operating systems as well as networking, security, programming, and more. Strongly recommended for businesses.
  2. Silver - Tier II: For a more seasoned professional with more than a year of experience, choose Tier II. These technicians are perfect for complicated tasks such as installing an operating system, recovering data, minor network and/or server troubleshooting, help with wireless installation and general troubleshooting.
  3. Basic - Tier I: This is our lowest level of support. It is perfect for basic issues such as installing printers and minorĀ  incidents. Your call will be routed to an international call center and handled by entry-level technicians with less than 1 year experience and English as a second language.
